Shipping & Delivery (India)
We Offer Free Shipping All Over India
Basic Shipping Information
We rely on multiple national and international courier partners to deliver your orders across India and across the globe.
Payment Options
We follow the advance payment method and authenticate safe and secure purchases via credit card, debit card, and internet banking options for Visa and MasterCard holders. Our payments are handled by third-party payment gateways- Razorpay, PayTM for transactions within India and PayPal for international transactions.
You can also pay for your order via COD (Cash on delivery) only within INDIA
COD Charges
INR 300 for orders upto INR 8,000
INR 500 for orders from INR 8,000 to INR 12,000
Max COD order value accepted INR 12,000
COD Order processing flow
Once the order is placed via COD, you will receive a confirmation call from our side. Once we get the confirmation we will start manufacturing the order. Since we take 4-7 working days to manufacture and process an order you will recieve another call before dispatch. After the dispatch call has been answered sucessfully only then the product will be dispatched. If we can not reach you for more than 3 times for the dispatch call, the order will be canceled.
Taxes
All prices are including 18% GST. A GST-compliant bill will be available to download on the order tracking page.Tracking page link will be shared with you via Whatsapp,SMS and E-mail on the sucessful order dispatch.
We do not offer B2B invoices for input tax credit.
Order Confirmation & Shipping
Once you have placed the order, we will send an email confirming the same and may contact you for any queries before shipping the package. We will be happy to assist you with any questions post ordering and will also help you in tracking the product. We will try to keep you updated about your shipment via the communication details registered with us.
Delivery Time
We take around 4-7 working days to deliver your order.
Banjaaran is handcrafted with love so customized orders may take a little longer to reach their destination. We would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post placing the order. Delivery dates are also subjected to distance, location, and logistics partners. We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authority but will help you track down your package.
Returns & Exchanges
RETURN POLICY
Please raise a return/exchange request here on this page.
Exchanges are offered free of cost. We will arrange for a pickup from our end and dispatch the replacement once the original shipement has been received, we do reserve the right to reject an exchange/return request if the product received is not fit to be exchanged/returned.
There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch by filling out this form: Return and Exchange request form. The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the type of the product. Conditions for return: Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within a maximum of 7 days of delivery. Products/Items should be UNUSED. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original packaging, labels. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to goods in transit.
1. All our products are 100% handmade. Kindly ignore the minor inconsistencies that may or may not occur.
2. Returns/Refunds/Exchanges can be done within 7 days of the product being received (Within India Only)
3. International sales (Outside India) are final and can not be returned/exchanged. Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing the order.
4. All custom-made orders are non-returnable.
5. Once a product is exchanged, you cannot exchange it for the second time.
6. Banjaaran reserves all rights to thoroughly inspect the condition of the product before processing any return or exchange.
All our products are handmade. No warranties or guarantees on footwear. It’s a wear and tear product and completely depends on your usage. However, if any manufacturing defect the product can be exchanged within 30 days after the product is delivered to you.
REFUND POLICY
For returns we will arrange for a pickup from our end and wait for the shipement to be received making sure it has not been worn, we do reserve the right to reject an exchange/return request if the product received is not fit to be exchanged/returned.
We DO NOT provide REFUNDS. All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 7 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping cost) will be credited to the coupon code.
International Deliveries
International Deliveries
We don’t offer free shipping for orders destined outside India. The cost of the courier needs to be borne by the customer.
There is no COD option available. Payment will be done by our payment gateway- Razorpay and then the order will be shipped to its final destination.
We will ship your order within 7-14 days, however, delivery time may vary depending on your location, distance, and logistics partners.
We do not offer exchange or return on any international orders. In case you receive a damaged/ different product, please contact us at studio@banjaaran.in
In case of unavailability of any order or customized orders, the delivery may take longer than expected and we will keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post placing the order.
The person receiving the package might have to pay handling fees and taxes (also applicable for retail & wholesale customers). Banjaaran has no control or knowledge about these charges as they may widely vary from country to country. For more information on these taxes, kindly contact your local customs office before placing an order.
For UK and EU orders – Customs and VAT will be charged as per the laws within your country. These customs and VAT will have to be paid by you. If you are unable to pay these at the time of accepting your package, please note that the order will not be cancelled or refunded.
